ATL Mattress Outlet Return & Exchange Policy
Overview
We understand that selecting the right mattress can be overwhelming. That’s why our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always available to assist you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 100-night, in-home trial period. If you’re not happy with your comfort, you may exchange your mattress for another—no questions asked.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the mattress must be in its original condition. We highly recommend using a protective mattress cover to prevent stains or odors. Additional conditions:
- Minimum trial period: You must try the mattress for at least 30 days before requesting an exchange.
- Re-delivery fee: Customers are responsible for a re-delivery fee.
- One-time exchange: Only one exchange is permitted per mattress within the 100-day period (but not before 30 days).
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Gift cards and certificates
- Accessories (pillows, protectors, sheets, bed frames)
- Clearance items
- Special order sizes
- Furniture orders
Adjustable beds
Exchange Restrictions
We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases:
- The item is not in its original condition (damaged, stained, has odors, missing law tags, or missing parts).
- The issue is not due to a manufacturer defect.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for items that have been delivered or picked up. Only exchanges are available for mattresses of equal or greater value.
A refund will only be issued for orders not yet delivered or picked up, with a 20% restocking fee applied to all canceled purchases.
Defective or Damaged Items

Shipping & Return Process

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives in its original condition.
